Terms and Conditions — FilGame Philippines

Welcome to FilGame. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on filgame.best, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before you start — if anything is unclear, reach out to our support team before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and FilGame ("FilGame," "we," "us," or "our"). FilGame operates as a licensed online gaming and sports betting platform serving Philippine residents under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on FilGame, including sports betting (basketball, volleyball, and others), casino games (Roulette, Pusoy, Bingo), Fishing Games, and any promotions or bonuses offered on the platform. By continuing to use FilGame after any update to these Terms, you confirm your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use FilGame, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. FilGame strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines, or you are a Philippine national legally present in the Philippines.
• You are not employed by FilGame, its affiliates, or any of its gaming providers — and you are not an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or mandatory exclusion order under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• Your registration information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

FilGame reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Winnings generated during an ineligible period may be forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active FilGame account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or not — will result in all accounts being suspended and any associated balances being reviewed. Only the original verified account may be reinstated upon appeal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FilGame login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with anyone. FilGame will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Account verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time. FilGame may ask for:

• A valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, UMID, passport, driver's licence, or voter's ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (GCash account screenshot, bank statement)

Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until documents are provided.

FilGame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals using Philippine-local payment methods only. Supported methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your FilGame wallet instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. FilGame does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. FilGame does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests; expedited or special requests may incur a processing fee which will be disclosed upfront.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that you own and that is registered under your verified name.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, regardless of bonus status.
• FilGame reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawal requests (above ₱50,000).
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

All bets and wagers placed on FilGame are final once confirmed. Due to the real-time nature of sports betting and gaming outcomes, FilGame does not accept cancellation requests after a bet is submitted. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.

Sports Betting: FilGame offers betting markets on Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), Premier Volleyball League (PVL), and other local and international sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format. A bet's payout is calculated by multiplying the stake by the displayed odds at the time the bet was placed.

• Minimum single bet: ₱20
• Maximum single bet: Varies by market — displayed before confirmation
• In the event of a match abandonment or void, stakes are returned to your wallet
• FilGame reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by pricing errors

Casino & Game Titles: All casino games on FilGame — including Roulette, Pusoy, Bingo, and Fishing Games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are the long-term statistical return, not a guarantee of outcome in any individual session.

Any technical fault during a game session that results in a disconnection will be resolved based on the game's server-side record. FilGame's server logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a genuine system error, affected bets or game rounds will be voided and stakes returned.

FilGame offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and seasonal events. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and made available at the point of opt-in. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all FilGame promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder. Claiming a bonus on behalf of another player is not permitted.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unmet rollover results in the bonus balance being forfeited — deposited funds remain unaffected.
• Rollover applies only to the bonus amount, not to your deposit. Your original deposit is freely withdrawable at any time.
• FilGame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another player's account.

Players who are found to be exploiting promotions — including through multi-accounting, systematic abuse of no-rollover offers, or coordinated claim patterns — will have all bonus credits voided and their accounts reviewed for continued access.

FilGame is a platform for entertainment. We expect all players to engage with the platform, with staff, and with other players in a respectful and lawful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with FilGame support staff or other players in multiplayer games
• Attempting to access or tamper with any FilGame system, database, or software in an unauthorised manner
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the FilGame platform
• Colluding with other players in card games, fishing games, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with FilGame
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity (money laundering)

FilGame complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. We take this obligation seriously and apply it consistently across all accounts regardless of balance size.

FilGame collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The types of data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a data subject are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

In summary: FilGame uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with regulatory requirements, and — with your consent — communicate promotional offers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our support team. For verification purposes, we may require identity confirmation before processing data-related requests.

FilGame uses SSL encryption for all data transmission between your device and our servers. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

FilGame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that while most players enjoy gaming as entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviours. We take this seriously and provide tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications to remind you how long you've been logged in
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account with a complete block on re-registration
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net gaming activity

FilGame provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that FilGame will be available 100% of the time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to the platform.

FilGame is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks)
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials
• Any decision made by a player based on information available on the FilGame platform, including odds, statistics, or game results
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in disconnection during a game session

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, FilGame's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded.

You may close your FilGame account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be resolved according to their normal outcome, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus credits) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.

FilGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Attempted hacking, cheating, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Regulatory direction or court order requiring us to do so

In cases of account closure due to player misconduct, FilGame reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings and to offset any amounts owed to FilGame against the player's remaining balance before returning funds.

FilGame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or display a prominent notice on the FilGame platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of FilGame after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new Terms take effect.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was published.
